Get to know your calculator
-
Part of using the calculator successful in class is knowing what the buttons do and how to perform the basic functions for calculations and graphing. Follow the instructions below and you should be able to learn something about the different buttons and menus offered on the calculator. This model is the TI-84 Plus Silver Edition. The controls should work just as well for the TI-83 Plus and relatively well for the TI-83. I might be able to add more models of the calculator as time goes on. Enjoy!
Roll your mouse over each of the buttons on the calculator and a description will come up in this box describing the functions it can do.
