History of Math
-
One of the topics I am most interested in throughout the entire realm of mathematics is the history of math. The idea of where humans first began to use numbers and developed the tools to help them solve everyday problems from early Egyptian land area calculations to the "modern" day inventions of the slide rule, computers, and calculators to help the process along.
In what in the grand scheme of things is a blink of an eye in the universe we have created an entire number system and created equations and rules that define the aspects of our lives.
