    Stephen Covey first published the book, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, in 1989.  It outlines ideas for personal growth. His son, Sean Covey  published, 7 Habits of Happy Kids, in 2008.  This book touches upon the universal principles of responsibility, service and honesty.

    In the words of Stephen Covey, here is some food for thought.

    1.  Be proactive
