Elementary School Challenge (3rd & 4th)

    Chair:  Audrey Bacher

For 3rd and 4th graders from Northwestern Elementary and Weisenberg Elementary,  Elementary School Challenge is an entire day outdoors participating in games of friendly competition at the Recreation Fields.   Students stay with their class and compete against classes of the same grade level from Weisenberg, Northwestern's other elementary school.  Mrs. Millward (NWE - PE Teacher) and Mr. Tolatta (Weisenberg - PE Teacher) organize all  activities for the day.  The PIE Chairperson coordinates all the parent volunteers from Northwestern Elementary while working with the parent coordinator(s) from Weisenberg Elementary.  Volunteers are needed for supervising each game site and for distributing the freeze pops at the end of the day.

This is a very fun, fast-paced event requiring many volunteers. Don't miss this opportunity to spend time being active with your child and getting to know his or her classmates!
