Combining Yoga breathing and stretching along with strengthening postures. Focus on posture alignment and coordination between the breath and movements are emphasized. Sessions begin with a warm up, followed by a series of postures then finishing with a cool down and relaxation period. Detailed instructions are provided throughout the practice. No previous yoga experience is necessary. You are encouraged to bring a 'sticky' yoga mat, bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes. You may also incorporate light hand weights, yoga strap, bolster or small pillow into your practice. For all fitness levels, beginners are welcome.
