WINTER 2026- Session 1 - (8 WEEK CLASS) - THIS WILL BE IN PERSON THIS YEAR
IN THE EVENT OF A SNOW DAY, CLASS WILL BE VIA ZOOM
Dates: Mondays, January 5- Feb 23, 2026
REGISTRATIONS MUST BE SENT 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CLASS
Cost: $30 per person
Location: Northwestern elementary cafeteria (if it snows too heavy, Sharon will contact you and send a zoom link)
Time: 6pm-7pm

You will learn to attune to your body using soft tools that provide a sense of safety through the use of yoga tune up balls and Corgeous balls which are needed for the class. These items can be purchased directly from the yoga instructor. The Corgeous balls are $12 and a pair of YTU balls are $12. The practice will start with this work to prime the body for movement which is known to: increase ROM (range of motion), decrease pain, and increase torque (force output); all while connecting you to your body. The class will end with breath work while using the Corgeous ball for down regulation.
