Dissemination Form

The Northwestern Lehigh School District recognizes that non-school organizations, groups and individuals may wish to utilize the district as a means to engage the school community in activities and/or to disseminate or post non-school materials.

Per School Board Policy 913, non-school organizations’, groups’ or individuals’ ability to disseminate non-school materials will be limited to those organizations, groups, or individuals who have a physical address within the district boundary. Dissemination of non-school materials is limited to posting to a designated section of the district website or staff intranet, staff email, and handing out flyers during open houses. Dissemination of non-school materials to students’ email addresses is prohibited by non-school organizations, groups or individuals. 
 
Please submit your materials for approval by filling out the form below. This must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to when you would like to have it posted or it will be denied.  
 
All materials must include the following disclaimer: "The Northwestern Lehigh School District does not sponsor or sanction this program/event/activity." Additionally, the materials must be submitted as a PDF file using this form. No other submission methods will be accepted. 
 
NOTE: The Board reserves the right to revoke privileges at any time should an organization fail to follow Northwestern Lehigh School District's policies or procedures.
