Food Service Management Services
The Northwestern Lehigh School District is soliciting proposals from qualified Food Service Management Companies to provide management-only food service operations for the District.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. (EST) in the Administration Building Board Room, located at 6493 Route 309, New Tripoli, PA 18066.
Sealed proposals must be received by the District no later than 9:00 a.m. (EST) on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Proposals shall be submitted to:

The public bid opening will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (EST).

The Northwestern Lehigh School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the School District.
