Criminal History Record Clearances
Current employees with clearances less than 60 months old must update their clearances before the oldest clearance expires.
Employees must obtain updated criminal history record clearances every 60 months from date of oldest clearance and the employee is responsible for the cost.
New employees must obtain new clearances or provide the correct clearances issued within 12 months of hire.
The total cost for the required clearances is $59.95
- Child Abuse Clearance: $13.00
- PA State Police Clearance: $22.00
- FBI Clearance: $24.95 (Service code MUST be provided 1KG6XN for school district)
