Right to Know (RTK)

The Right to Know Law is Pennsylvania's Open Records Law.  On February 14, 2008, Governor Rendell signed the new Right to Know Law.  All changes in the law have taken effect.

All Right to Know requests must be submitted in writing using the Commonwealth Standard Right to Know Request Form (see below) to the Northwestern Lehigh School District Office of Open Records.  Fees will be assessed for each request and prepayment will be necessary in order for the Office of Open Records to distribute the requested information.  Every attempt will be made to send the information to the requesting party through the requested media. However, the District will not convert records to the requested media if the document has not been created in the requested media.
