Welcome to Mr. Klein's Health & Physical Education Webpage.  My name is Mr. Klein and I have been teaching Health and P.E. for the last 16 years.  For 9 years I taught 7th grade Health as well as 6th & 8th grade P.E. at Northwestern Lehigh Middle School; and this year I'm excited to be entering my 2nd full year here at Weisenberg Elementary School.

I am a 1995 graduate of Northern Lehigh High School and a 2000 Graduate of The Pennsylvania State University- GO NITTANY LIONS!  I student taught here at NWLSD with the legendary Mr. Talotta and Ms. McCullough during the Fall of 2000.  My official teaching career began here at Northwestern when I served at the High School as a Paraprofessional and Assistant Track & Field Coach during the Spring of 2001.  Next, I taught 10th-12th grade P.E. at the Carbon County Technical Institute for one semester while also serving as the Assistant Cross-Country Coach at Southern Lehigh High School.  Following this brief stint, I taught K-6 P.E. at the Palmerton Area School District for 4 1/2 years before coming back to Northwestern Lehigh at the beginning of the 2006-2007 school year. 

In May 2008, I earned my Master's degree and administrative certificate from Wilkes University and served as Acting Assistant Principal for 8 weeks at NWLMS.  Also, in the Fall of 2013, I served as Acting Principal for approximately 8 weeks at Northwestern Elementary School.  This year I am once again back in the P.E. classroom and I look forward to working with you in this capacity.

-Elementary Challenge Day (3-4): 5/16/17 (Rain Date: 5/19/17)

-5th Grade Finale Day: 5/23/17 (Rain Date: 5/25/17)
