Northwestern Lehigh School District Welcomes Retired School Teachers to return to teaching!

Many school districts are facing the ongoing shortage of substitute teachers and Northwestern Lehigh is no different. Due to this shortage or emergency situation, you can substitute at Northwestern Lehigh and not impact or conflict with your PSERS retirement eligibility or income!!

Would you consider substituting a half or full-day for any number of days you have available in your schedule?  Our current rate is $121.00/day and $149.00/day after 20 substitute days. 

Return to Northwestern to provide education for our students and see your colleagues! Work in your former building and grade or try a different building, grade or subject.
